Welcome to Chop Sauey!
We are five days away from our departure to Guiyang, Guizhou China. There is still packing to do and some minor preparations to make. In the past few weeks, we have said goodbye to our friends in Denver, packed up our possessions, and set off on a farewell tour. We said goodbye to Emily's family two days ago which was sad- goodbyes are never fun. Our overall excitement for our upcoming odyssey is increasing everyday along with some anxiety about all of the plane flights. Hopefully the weather cooperates and we have a safe trip.
